My friend Stowe Boyd alerted me to the fact that he was experimenting with TwitterNotes. It sounded interesting, so I decided to also have a look.
After a little research, it looks like some other folks had also recently taken a look at the new service, including GigaOm’s Web Worker Daily.
Basically, it is a no-brainer note taking solution, in its simplest form, using Twitter as the interface for jotting notes, in 140 characters or less, in addition to staying connected to your social graph.
I love it. It’s just one more thing I have to try to remember to use when I need to remember something
All you have to do is add TNotes as a friend on Twitter and then send direct messages to “d Tnotes” which ports your notes into your account at TwitterNotes.com. There are also a ton of other ways to use it, including Tags, #Hashtags, among other things.

If you’re an avid Twitter user, then Rock n Roll baby, you’re in luck. You have the ability to save to-dos and reminders right in any Twitter app or Twitter directly. Otherwise, you may want to consider Jott, Pinger, Palm, BlackBerry, or an iPhone.
