Part Two of my recent visit to the gorgeous San Francisco offices of Loic Le Meur and Seesmic.

Loic and I spent some valuable time together that proved both refreshing and invigorating. We discussed digital photography, innovation at Seesmic, public relations and social marketing, and brand building in the era of the Social Web.

The conversation evolved into a deeper discussion that tackled the subject of online community building. Loic wanted to capture and share the experience on Loic.tv, so we moved to his video studio to continue the dialogue on camera.

Loic and I also discussed my new book with Deirdre Breakenridge, “Putting the Public Back in Public Relations.” Please watch the video here.

I recently visited the gorgeous San Francisco offices of Loic Le Meur and Seesmic to discuss his company’s roadmap, photography, how to build online communities, as well as my new book with Deirdre Breakenridge ,”Putting the Public Back in Public Relations.”

Loic suggested that we spend a few minutes discussing the book on camera to share with the Loic.tv community. It was an offer I couldn’t refuse – after all, Tim Ferriss had occupied the same chair moments before I arrived.

Recently, Seesmic struck a deal with the Washington Post to launch a branded version of their video conversation player to power conversations around the Presidential campaign on Post blogs such as The Fix. When we ran into Cathy Brooks, director of Business Development for Seesmic, we had to stop her and ask if we could expect more partnerships like this with the Post or others.

Cathy spills some beans (not all) on what’s coming up for them as well as her thoughts on the discussion of online video at the Summit and more.  Check it out!

Given that Bub.blicio.us readers/viewers are highly tech savvy, I will take the liberty to assume that many of you are broadcasting your life on the Web and following and interacting with your friends using lifestreaming services such as FriendFeed and Seesmic. I enjoy both services so it was great fun catching up with Seesmic Founder Loic Le Meur and FriendFeed Co-founder Bret Taylor recently where we turned over the Bub.blicio.us mic to Bret and had him interview Loic.

The two are speaking at a MIT/Standfor Venture Lab (VLAB) event at Stanford tonight where Kara Swisher, co-executive editor of All Things Digital, Wall Street Journal, will be moderating the “Lifestreaming: The Real-time Web” panel. Softtech VC Founder Jeff Clavier and Pownce Co-founder Leah Culver will be joining Loic and Brett on tonight’s panel. Tonight’s VLAB event is sold out, but there are a limited number of walk-in tickets available. For more information visit: VLAB Lifestreaming: The Real-time Web.
