Slideshare Goes Mobile

Slideshare, the presentation sharing site, has launched a beta version of Slideshare Mobile. You can now access those presentations on the go by pointing your mobile browser at http://m.slideshare.com.

The new mobile beta allows you to search for whatever you need, view featured, popular, and latest presentations, and log into your own account. In addition to viewing the slideshow from your phone, you also have the ability to download the file. I couldn’t get this to work on my iPhone, so I’m not a hundred percent sure how this works. Of course, it is in beta and they do mention that “it’s teething” and may run into occasional bumps.

The web-based application works on SmartPhones and phones with Opera Mini installed.
