TechCrunch is reporting that TeXtra’s Natali Del Conte is leaving PodShow and joining CNET TV. The former TechCrunch and PC Magazine writer is moving from San Francisco to New York as the rumors swirl that PodShow may be in need of new financing.
Natali is a good friend, very knowledgeable about the tech industry overall, not just Web 2.0, and she’s definitely not the typical Tech camera babe. I just wish I found out from her directly…
The show will air in February 2008 and expect to see her at CES in Las Vegas. Other than that, all we know is that the show will be much different than Textra.
Perhaps she’ll grace us with additional details, which we would run a later date.
Another good friend, Sarah Meyers, recently moved to New York and will be also launching a tech/new marketing program, PopSnap.
Natali, Sarah, it’s just not going to be the same without having you around. However, I expect that New York will be part of the 2.0 circuit soon enough, similar to the days of Web 1.0.
