Yesterday, Metacafe, one of the largest video broadcasters with a global audience of 16 million unique visitors received a combined $30 million in series C funding. They also installed Tom Goodrich of DAG Ventures and Richard de Silva of Highland Capital Partners as additions to their Board of Directors to help the company’s continued growth. Although Metacafe has a small portion of market share especially when comparing to YouTube, it has still grown its audience in the tens of millions.
