For those of you in the Bay Area and beyond that are alone or want to have a romantic time, we’re here to list the best places to be.

We have another event from SVASE’s Startup-U Series officially called ‘Startup-U SFO: Validating Your Proposition’. This is all in the name of sharing the love ($$$) by helping entrepreneurs figure out if they have a viable product that can go to market (and be profitable). Guest speakers include Skip Glass of Foundation Capital, Julie Wainwright who has been CEO of startups from time to time, and Jonathan Cobb, Founder and CTO of Kiptronic. It’s hosted again by DLA Piper in their SOMA offices on Townsend off of Second Street. Doors open at 11:45AM. If you’re an entrepreneur in the area and you want to help make that love connection, this is probably a good first step.

Our favorite gastronomic crew at Lunch 2.0 will be at Blurb in downtown San Francisco at 12pm Sharp. Blurb is a company and a community that believes passionately in the joy of books – reading them, making them, sharing them, and selling them. The rest of the publishing world needs to embrace what this company is doing by reviving the book as a communications medium. Talk about thinking outside the box.
And for those of you in the New York Area, Nobody Loves You. No, wait, that’s the name of the event held by our good friend Gregarious Narain. It promises to be a great mix of singles (not to mention one hell of a guy) and since no one loves me, I think I should fly over to hang with the rest of the pack.
