Last night was the annual Google Dance held at the Google Campus in Mountain View where 6,000+ people enjoyed free food and beer and all the other entertainment that was provided. The cafeteria is turned into a dancefloor with a live Google DJ spinning some pretty good tracks and there was a line of arcade driving games lined up on the sides. There was also Karaoke green screen booths, Dunk the Google guy, Meet the Engineers and Volleyball and plenty of food to help pass the time. Interestingly, since I had my camera with me, I needed an escort while I walked around to take pictures. They didn’t want me to sneak up to the offices and take pictures of their top secret labs. It was good because I had a hot Google employee walk around with me but it felt a little wierd because I was not used to it. I spent about an hour taking pictures and put my camera in the car and went back to enjoy the food and party. Thanks Carolyn!

This year’s party seemed better than last year because there was better food, pool tables and lounge areas outside. There was more entertainment available and along with eye candy, there was also a candy bar.

You guys forgot to mention all of the Karaoke booths. If you Google, “Google Dance” you will find a bunch of them. This one is my favorite http://youtube.com/watch?v=n7rVs2ITKLI It reminds me of American Idol pre season where everyone can’t sing (don’t take offense if you are reading this and it is you. It is just funny.
Anyhow, did you guys do a video? If so can you post it up.
