An overwhelming sense of Girl Power was felt during the Girls in Tech and Good Ol’ Girls event on November 8th. Partnering with the well-known tech giant, Adaptive Path, the femme-squads were able to draw in more than 100 people to the event, making the mobs pull out chairs from the wood-work.

Before, during and after Peter Leyden’s presentation, there was a buzz in the room on this relevant, ubiquitous topic of the importance of new technology in politics and the upcoming election. Several intriguing, eye-opening questions were asked, controversial topics were addressed and lots of cheese, wine and truffles were consumed.
