Engage.com partnered with The Techset (Stephanie Agresta of InternetGeekGirl and Brian Solis) to host a celebration of love – 2.0 style – with fabulous singles who were in and around the Web 2.0 Expo in San Francisco.
Engage.com had one goal: bring great people together in a fun, casual way to expand their social graph – and maybe their dating graph too! And, that they did.
The event also featured some of the more prominent (and single) people who were actively involved with the Web 2.0 Expo including, Tara Hunt, Pete Cashmore, Stephanie Agresta, Willo O’Brien, Aubrey Sabala and many, many more. Stay tuned for some incredible videos shot at the event and also at the Expo later in the week.
Engage is the Internet’s first social dating community. Engage is the first to combine contemporary social networking principles with established online dating tools. This makes it easier, more intuitive and a lot more fun to establish meaningful new connections, all with a little help from friends. Also TAKEN people play a role in helping their single friends find success in the relationship department. They’re the wingman, matchmaker, and the advice giver — it’s all good.
On a side note, I’ve heard that many, many, many dates were forged that evening. I’m actually listening to several women right now talking about the dates they already had following the event.
