Cerado, a provider of mobile and web-based software and services, has announced the availability of Cerado Ventana, which brings brands directly to your customers. The system addresses the five aspects of business relationships from the customer’s point of view: research, purchase, support, connection and conversation.
Cerado Ventana enables organizations to engage with customers and community members in spaces that are often out of reach, such as blogs, personal start pages, and cell phones. Once connected, customers gain immediate access to news, products, services, and community features. Cerado Ventana is available immediately, and can be deployed as both a mobile-based app (e.g. for iPhones and BlackBerries) as well as a blog widget. It can also be deployed on personal start pages, such as an iGoogle page.
“In developing Cerado Ventana, we’ve included customers in the creative process from day one,” said Christopher Carfi, CEO of Cerado. “This means that, although the product and platform express significant innovation, every feature included has been implemented as a result of a customer request. It’s been a great balance between pushing the envelope and delivering pragmatic value.”
